The registration fee includes lunch, coffee, reception, and complete program materials. It does not include hotel accommodations. Confirmation of receipt will be by mail. Certificates of Participation will be awarded to all those attending the program

Attendance at this program will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If the session is canceled, liability is limited to the registration fee. You will have the opportunity to attend a seminar on another date.
